The Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani cast and crew had to go through lots of troubles during the shooting in Shimla and Kashmir because of the extreme cold weather there.
Inspite of all the problems, filmmaker Ayan Mujherji says that the cast had fun. "Our first schedule was in Manali. We were depicting a trek in the movie, so we consciously chose locations that were offbeat and in the middle of nowhere. Jalori Pass, especially, was a crazy location. It was a steep, uphill climb to reach the location, a real trek of sorts. However, our shoot ended up being even more fun because of all this. It was perhaps the best schedule of the film," said Ayan.
The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin in the lead roles.
